No — and the difference matters. Polishing hides defects under wax or filler glaze; they look gone for a few washes, then come back. Correction physically levels the clearcoat to remove the defects properly. We measure clearcoat thickness first, choose the right cut, and only remove what's needed. The result is permanent until new defects are introduced.

Honestly, no. We're not trying to be. We use industry-leading paint and lacquer systems, and our spray booth and process are set up for finishes that hold up long-term. We're competitively priced for the quality — but if cheapest is the priority, we're probably not the right fit.
The correction itself is permanent — the defects are physically gone, not hidden. How long the finish stays defect-free depends on what you protect it with and how it's washed afterwards. We finish with ceramic coating or carnauba wax (your choice) and we'll honestly tell you which makes sense for your car. A daily commuter through automated car washes will need re-protecting sooner than a weekend car kept under cover.

Depends how deep. If your fingernail catches the scratch, it's likely gone through the clearcoat into the colour coat — in which case correction can't fully remove it without compromising the paint. That's a touch-up or respray job, not a correction job. We'll tell you which it is honestly, not sell you a correction that won't fix the problem.
